Shore is a vibraphonist and composer based in Brooklyn. We met him through the NYC music institution, Nublu, where he worked with the legendary jazz maestro Butch Morris as well as Sex Mob and Tom Waits drummer Kenny Wollesen. At the very first Planetarium listening session, where records blend into live performances for people sprawled on the floor of a loft for six hours, one of Justin's friends leaned over to him and asked, "What is this record? It's amazing." It wasn't a record. It was Shore, playing "A hundred times" in the corner of the room. The tracks are pressed on a heavy ten-inch and sleeved in a classic yellow sleeve.

Will Shore is a composer, producer, and vibraphonist who has released music with Mister Saturday Night Records and hosts a monthly show on The Lot Radio. He has played vibraphone for Arto Lindsay's Noise Quartet, The Dave Harrington Group, and Nels Cline's Lovers. As a solo performer he's opened for Laraaji as well as Shabaka Hutchings. ... more

One More Fluorescent Rush is one of my favorite tracks of the decade; it is beautiful yet dynamic, laced with sparkling synths and melodies that will make sure it is being played at high volumes for years to come. The music video is a masterpiece as well, no surprise since Whities always comes correct with the visuals. Avalon Emerson's remix of Four Tet's Teenage Birdsong is also a must buy, reminding us that her signature sound remains unique and unlike anything else out there. Edward
